Between 11:00 and 14:00 (UTC-4), the Payins service experienced intermittent issues caused by an external KYC data validation provider.

This incident impacted the payment request generation flow. During the incident, we maintained active communication with the provider to review the service behavior, monitor the evolution of the issue, and validate the status of the affected operations.

The situation has since been successfully resolved, and services are currently operating normally.
